Trinity Valley Senior Isn't Here For Just Kicks
W hen this soft spoken senior began to do roundhouse kicks in the studio, we knew this was going to be a session for the books! Sarah has a black belt in taekwondo and her years of experience definitely
Reedy Beats Out NW Eaton 43-38
Texans know what’s up when Friday in the Fall roll around: that’s right folks, IT’S FOOTBALL TIME!
Reedy High School faced off against NW Eaton this past Friday at the The Star in Frisco, Texas. With a stunning display of athleticism and determination, the Reedy Lions took the field and beat out NW Eaton 43-38
Softball, Sand, and Summer Makes For an Amazing Start to Senior Year
M odel rep Taylor Trosclair helped us kick off the 2018 school year with some out of the park senior photos! We loved working with this senior during our Best of Dallas: Wild Berry Farm group session, so we knew we were in for a fun evening! We started our session in the beautiful, quaint location that is Downtown Celina . Friendly locals will make you feel right at home
Our 2018 Seniors Take Denton by Storm
When you live in Texas, you never know what the weather is going to do. Although we had a 20% chance of precipitation – which in North Texas that could mean rain, sleet, snow, hail, frogs, etc. – our team was confident that our biggest photo shoot to date would go off without a hitch. With our models safely buckled, and some others following, we led a caravan down to Denton Square – a staple of DFW.
Lovingly known as the ‘Lil' d’, Denton
Future Fitness Guru Stuns Senior Photographer
Blonde and brown-eyed, Brittany Porter blew us away when she walked into our studio this past spring! Not the first time we worked with a Porter – her brother, Chris, was a 2016 TRBP senior – we were pumped to be working with this family again!
Brittany was excited for her Model for a Day session with us, and had chosen the studio for her first location after she got her hair and makeup done by our expert team. We played with our lovely ring light, as well as the many props in our studio, and once we had our fill, we headed
These Mermaid Seniors Are No Fantasy
When is it the best time to see mermaids in Texas? Well – mostly all year because it’s nearly always hot, but we’re going to go with the summer because North Texas seniors Reese, Angela, and Gabby allowed us to play with their hair and makeup in order to turn them into mystifying mermaids!
With the help of jewelry designer and stylist, Myrna Phillips, our team was able to satisfy our craving for a gorgeous and colorful mermaid photo shoot! Myrna’s unique
Best of Dallas : The Fort Worth Stock Yards
Exploring DFW has been a blast so far, but when we woke up the morning of the Fort Worth Stock Yards Session, we knew it was going to be a good day. With a temperature already in the triple digits, our team geared up for what should have been a scorching North Texas day. But when we rolled up to the famous Fort Worth Stock Yards, there was a gentle breeze flowing through the shops, and although it smelled
Barney Makes A Come Back At This Senior's North Dallas Senior Session
Senior Anna Rodriguez walked into our studio with peculiar request. Apparently, Anna had this retro Barney lunch box that wasn’t just a fashion statement, but a blast from the past! All through kindergarten, Anna carried Barney with her to school every day as he was her favorite dinosaur and it gave her comfort to have him with her. Somehow, she’s kept this special part of her childhood all through these years, and now as a senior wanted to include the sweet lunch box in her North Texas senior photos.
Because she had chosen our Seniority session package, Anna had a choice of 2 different locations anywhere
There's Nothing Strange About This Fan of Stranger Things
When Hannah walked into our studio with an arm full of her personal sketchbooks, we knew we were about to have a super fun photoshoot! This talented artist just graduated from Fairhill High School, and there is no mistaking the passion she has put into her work! While she was settling in, we were able to look through a few of Hannah’s awesome drawings before we jumped into our studio to start off her seniority session – and let us tell you, we wish we had half the talent Hannah does!
Artistic Isn't Descripitive Enough For This Senior
With at the very least, three different string instruments, as well as an armful of sketchbooks, Jordan Gosnell marched into our studio with an air of confidence and a bright, gorgeous smile! We were so excited to be working with another artist, and this time she was a senior at Legacy Christian Academy as well!
Because she was artistic, Jordan wanted a few photos that expressed her inner self, but she also wanted a rustic look where she could
Best of Dallas: Wild Berry Farm
At the beginning of the summer, TRBP took a trip to Sadler, Texas where we visited the lovely Wild Berry Farm! We had learned about the gorgeous little Texas farm through Facebook, and when we contacted the owner, Laura, she told us to come on down for a fun photo shoot with our Senior Model Reps! Although it’s a bit of a drive from Frisco, Texas, our team was pumped to pick blackberries and blueberries as well as frolic in a field of sunflowers!
Arriving at the Wild Berry Farm we were greeted warmly by the very farmers who run the whole operation. An amazing couple – Lauren and her husband welcomed us
Cheerleader Turns Senior Model For a Day
Hanah Simmons is no stranger to hard work. This Liberty High School senior is the daughter of two gymnasts who run a cheer and gymnastics program in North Texas with their own gym! She also works as a trainer at an American Ninja Warrior type gym and she told us how fun it was to try out all of the obstacles as well as teach others how to traverse them safely!
But when we scheduled a full
The Best of Dallas: Fort Worth Botanical Gardens
As we make our way through our list of DFW’s best landmarks, our time to venture out to Fort Worth’s Botanical Gardens had arrived! Senior Model Reps Angela, Erin, and Isabel came out with us to enjoy the amazing weather and gorgeous views the gardens provide!
We definitely should have planned on leaving the studio earlier than we did, because we ran into some pretty gnarly traffic on 121! We were almost worried we would miss some optimal “golden hour” light, but thank goodness we were able to make it to the gardens
The Best of Dallas: Bishop Arts
The Bishop Arts District is known for its close-knit small town neighborhood feel and is the home to many independent restaurants, coffee bars and boutiques. The artsy district is located in north Oak Cliff, Dallas, and just southwest of Downtown Dallas. We had senior model reps Angela, Hailey, Erin, and Isabel meet us for a fun evening of exploring and senior photos. Yes please!
We met around the intersection...
Hear It From a Senior: Maddie Cox
Maddie is one of our lovely 2017 Senior Model Reps from Lone Star High School! She sent us this lovely message and we needed to share it with everyone:
"The Tyler R. Brown Photography Company is nothing short of amazing! My senior pictures were everything I could have ever wanted and beyond! Working with their team was such an amazing experience all around! When I first started to choose my locations they were so helpful in throwing in suggestions of places with such character that I had never heard of.
That’s one of the many amazing parts of being a Senior Model Rep, you get to travel around the DFW area and view so many wonderful places with such character that are so unique that you would have never even thought of...
This Senior is Prepared. For. Life
One of the goals for the Boy Scouts of America is to make sure their scouts are “Prepared.For.Life”. This means that they learn a ton of different skills and earn patches as they master these different skills and techniques that help them in their lives. Whether it’s camping or sewing – once they master enough skills, these awesome scouts earn the title of Eagle Scout – the highest honor in the society. And our new favorite Eagle Scout is Frisco High School senior, Ben Whytlaw!
We had Ben’s seniority session on a warm day last fall, and
From One End of DFW to the Other
To kick off our amazing 2018 senior model rep team, we had three of our awesome models (Landri, McKenzie, and Riley) meet us out at Las Colinas to have a photo shoot around the magnificent Mustangs of Las Colinas!
It was a rainy day, but the rain had let off as soon as we pulled up to William’s Square and everyone was in a great mood. We grabbed McKenzie as the other two models were polishing off their looks, when we were approached by a very angry security guard. After being investigated, the security guard told us that we would need to get permission from management. No problem there – we
Pretty Flowers and Smelly Creeks
A popular spot in Dallas, Texas for senior photos is the gorgeous Dallas Arboretum where you can see all of the stunning flowers and water features that they have to offer! The only downside is that the arboretum closes at 5pm – which most people know that from the months of March – November means that we will be shooting at the hottest time of the day. That didn’t deter Alvarado High School senior, Taylor Raby, though – and we are so glad it didn’t!
Taylor, her mom, her nephew, and her boyfriend all met us at the studio on a bright Saturday morning for hair and makeup. We chatted about the beautiful day, as well as the heat which for a Saturday in November was in the 90’s (Texas, right?). We
Senior on the Prairie
Ally Smith isn’t a whole like the characters from Little House on the Prairie, but being a Texas senior definitely means that we are plenty of prairies, fields, and just generally open land in abundance. And this particular prairie was right behind her house!
We met Ally and her family at their home out on some cattle land in Celina, Texas. We took a few photos around the pool and when our team saw the stunning acres their home is backed up to, we asked if we could hop the fence to grab a few photos! The Smiths are good friends with the neighbors who own the land, and after a quick phone call we h
A Disney Princess in Leathers and Kendra Scott
For Frisco seniors in 2017 staying up with fashion can be a chore. Altr’d State, Urban Outfitters, and Forever 21 change on a daily basis, but one thing that has stayed constant is the constant love that our seniors (and our team) have for the sparkly jewelry from Kendra Scott!
John Paull II High School senior, Addie Burlage, is no different when it comes to Kendra, but she definitely wowed our team with her awesome fashion sense – even when she walked out in a ball gown worthy of a Disney Princess.
Even though these Texas seniors love to stay up with the times whether it’s with the new Snapchat filters or the latest Youtube challenge, they honor our traditions with vigor and pride. Cotillion is a
Lost? This Senior Will Find You Wherever You Are
It is not every day that you meet a senior like Josie Drury from Alvarado High School! We were so pumped for this session because Josie brought Moose, her beautiful blood hound, to her senior shoot! These awesome duo works for a non-profit volunteer organization called Search One Rescue Team, or SORT for short. These amazing people donate their time and effort to...
From Beach Beauty to Softball Superstar
Women in today's world would hardly be recognized by the oppressed and highly-structured women of the 19th century and earlier. Even sixty years ago, women were not so free as they are today to pursue their dreams of being athletes, scientists, and other ‘manly’ jobs. Today, though, is a day where stunning seniors like Taylor Curbow can be both a beauty and a hardcore athlete.
Taylor came to us as a senior model rep back in 2016 from The Colony High School. Wanting to participate in our program, she was a little worried due to her school work and her softball schedule, but we were able to convince her to join our awesome team of models – and boy, are we happy that we did! Like most of our seniors, Taylor is a busy person both socially
We're Just MAD About Our Seniors
The idea of a post-apocalyptic world is not a new one. There are countless movies that are set in this fantastical setting (Mad Max, The Hunger Games, Maze Runner, etc.) and countless authors that have spurred the need to see what our future could look like should there be a nuclear war or some landscape changing natural disaster. We decided it was high-time that we dip our hand in the preverbal pool – and put our own twist on this same idea...
Senior Nearly Dies During Photo Shoot
Texas weather being Texas weather, the summer this year lasted much longer than it normally does. We had a few cold front pop through, but because there was not a full freeze, the evil mosquitos that plague Dallas never really died. So when we decided to explore an abandoned building in Downtown Celina for Wakeland High School senior Jake Ellsworth, it shouldn’t have surprised us that not even bug spray could keep us safe.
We met Jake on the
How to Slay Your Senior Session
For most of us born before the 21st century, keeping up with the newer terminology of our current 2017 seniors and the other ‘young people’ of our society can be rather challenging. But it wasn’t hard for our team to learn what the word ‘slay’ means to our current seniors when Prosper High School senior Sydni Moss walked into our studio last October!
To 'slay' does not
A Senior Who's Smile is Brighter Than the Sun
Meeting Creekview High School senior Laura Doocy is what convinced our team that we needed her to be a part of our 2017 senior model rep team. Smart, stunning, and talented, Laura is also super sweet and funny to boot!
We met Laura at The Style House after one our hair and makeup team members was finished polishing off her look for her 2017 senior photos. Bright blue eyes and Laura's brilliant smile told our team that we were going to head out to Arbor Hills Nature Preserve to start
Nothing Can Hold This Senior Down - Especially Rain
In our business, it's not unusual to be halfway to the location of a North Texas senior session and for the skies to suddenly darken and open up without any warning. This is what happened to Maddie Stowers when we were just finishing up her hair and makeup in our studio in Frisco, Texas.
It was sprinkling in Frisco, so our team decided that we would just head out to Downtown McKinney and try to see what we could get! We're so glad that we did, we
Smart, Sassy, and Stunning Senior Pictures
You know it’s going to be a good shoot when your model walks in with her fashionable outfits pre-planned, jewelry hanging neatly from the hangers, and shoes that match each ensemble to perfection.
This isn’t senior model rep, Melissa Castillo’s, first shoot with us though. As part of our program, Melissa has been in at least three other sessions, including our slumber party session as well as our vintage ice cream parlor session earlier this year! We’ve also had a blast at her best friend session with her brother Damien
Senior Songbird will Steal Your Heart
Annie Kagerer is a lot like many of our other seniors. She’s gorgeous, smart, and very kind – something that most people say that seniors of her generation are not. But Annie is not only these things – she also has a talent that can’t be seen, but rather, can be heard.
Having been a senior model rep with our studio since last March, we had no idea how stunning Annie’s voice was until her mother, Patricia, showed us a recording and we were blown away! Annie’s talents don’t stop there though. She uses her powers of organization to help run Best Buddies, a program that pairs high school students with other students
Senior Shows Her Nerdy Side to Photographer
To say that our team is made up of a bunch of Star Wars fanatics, fantasy novel readers, and foodies is an understatement. So when Jadzia approached us and asked if we could not only include her light saber in her senior pictures, but go to her favorite pizza place and let her cosplay as a Audrey Hepburn – we absolutely said yes!
Jadzia met us after school one day to get her hair and makeup done by one of our amazing hair and makeup artists – a perk of being a senior model rep for 2017! We joked about her sister, Chabeli, who was also...
Sweet Senior Session Takes an Edgy Twist
Fhen you first meet senior model rep, Gabby Klosterman, don’t let her shy demeanor fool you! This wonderful senior from The Colony High School is both sweet and artsy and took us for a jot around DFW for her North Dallas senior photo session.
We met Gabby at the studio to get her primed and camera ready by one of our amazing hair and makeup artists. While getting her hair and makeup done, her dad, Duane, told us that Gabby was their miracle baby as Gabby’s mom,
To Be or Not To Be Isn't A Question on This Senior's Mind
For a senior in our day in age, figuring out what you want to do with your life is the biggest and hardest question to answer around. But when we asked the lovely Gillian, a senior at Plano West Sr. High School, what she wanted to study in school, it took less than a millisecond for her to tell us about her goals for Broadway.
While she was getting her hair and makeup done by one of our hair and makeup artists, Gillian told us about the many different parts she had held over the years under the stage lights both at school and in professional companies.
Fort Worth Senior Squeezes In Last Minute Session
With the last dregs of summer and the fading heat of August came our last 2016 senior. No, we’re not mistaken, we definitely meant 2016, not 2017!
Cristal Marquez may have been a little late to the game when she came to us for her senior pictures a full two months after she graduated, but that’s just how much these photos meant to this outstanding 2016 Fort Worth senior! Because of issues with work, her brother having a new baby, and trying to enjoy...
Stunning Senior Summer Photo Shoot
With the start of the school year and football season, it’s no wonder that our busy 2017 seniors want to have their senior photo sessions as soon as possible! Most people like to ask us what the best time of year for senior pictures to be done is and our answer almost every time is the summer and fall for Texas seniors. As every Texan knows, it’s hot in July and August. But that shouldn’t deter you from having your photos done! Summer is a wonderful time for senior pictures, as senior model rep, Tyler Crew, can tell you!
We began her session at Arbor Hills Nature Preserve, and after a good hike, itchy grass, and splashing through...
Classy and Classic Dallas Senior Photos
Brooke Williams is many things, but our team for sure know that both her class and her kindness stickout the most!
Brooke is a 2017 top model in our senior model rep program, and with a week left before the beginning of her senior year, we had her North Dallas senior photo session in the blazing heat of Texas in July. Although it was a toasty one, we met Brooke and her mom, Emily, out at Minter’s in Plano, Texas. Minter’s is a high-end Thunderbird repair and restoration shop that has been in business for over fiv...
Senior Nearly Melts in Prom Dress
Our team can definitely say that we all almost melted during this one, folks. Allison Lewis is probably the toughest senior we have on the team this year – and she can look amazing even in a million layers of chiffon in Texas in the middle of July.
We started out the day at our studio in Frisco, Texas, in the wonderful air conditioning. After getting her hair and makeup done by our team,...
Our Favorite Kind of Lights Are Friday Night Lights
To say that high school football in Texas is a big deal, is a BIG understatement! With fun TV shows like Friday Night Lights – a show actually based in a small Texas town – and the excitement that invades the entire school on game days, it’s no wonder that this all American game can spark such a passion for competition.
And let us tell you – there is A LOT of competition. As our team gathered on the beautiful turf field of the University of North Texas'; newest football shrine, Apogee Stadium, our senior model rep team was already debating the scores, plays, and teams of last year’s Frisco high school football season. As most know, Lone Star High School made it all the way to the state championships last season and had a...
Urban Chic Is The New Little Black Dress
The world of fashion is constantly changing with influences like Eli Saab and Kendra Scott running the town, but it’s never been hard for 2017 Senior Model Rep, Madison Gootman, to keep up.
While Urban Outfitters maybe her favorite place to shop at the moment, Madison is a very down to earth senior who just likes to look ...
Frisco Seniors Go Sky-High
With the heat beating down on our team during the day, we decided it was high time to have a fun ladies night session with models Taylor, Laura, and Ashley!
This was Ashley Gillen’s first debut as a model with our team, and with veterans like Taylor and Laura to help her, she was an amazing addition to our 2017 Senior Model Rep Team! Taylor was the first on the scene and we took full advantage of the blonde beauty while we waited for Laura and Ashley to arrive. Joking about not wanting school to start...
A Classic Kind of Summer
The 1950’s was full of swing dancing, drive-in movies, and fun outings with friends to local hotspots like the cinema and the ice cream parlor! Inspired by this wonderful time, we gathered up senior model reps Kailyn Gauff, Melissa Castillo, and Alana Wilkinson for a 1950s themed session at our favorite ice cream parlor, Beth Marie's, in Denton, Texas.
Beth Marie's has been a Denton staple...
Grab Your Flippy-Floppies
Summer is more than sunscreen and flip flops, it’s all about the water. And, more importantly, getting to hang out with your friends without the stress and worry of getting to class on time. Our team can definitely say that summer is our favorite season, and what could be a better way to express that than with a day at the lake with 2017 senior model reps Alexis, Jadzia, and Madison!
Hailing from Lone Star High School, these three top models had all of the summer essentials. From sun hats to swim suit cover ups, these awesome seniors were ready for some action when we met up at Little Elm Park where there’s a great spot to jump...
Shop Till You Drop
Tt’s the beginning of summer and with a new season comes the need to refurbish our wardrobes! Senior model reps Maddie, Anneliese, and Shelley joined our team out at the shops at Watters Creek to do a little bit of retail therapy.
School is closed for the holiday, and our brand new seniors were excitedly talking about their year to come. Maddie, a senior at Lone Star High School has already been on a few shoots with us, including both her best friend session with Haley, as...
An Utterly Divine Senior Shoot
There are a few things Texas is known for. We are known for crazy weather, everything being bigger and better, and most certainly our barbecue. But what about the people who make that delicious BBQ possible?
Meet Senior Model Rep Brooke Williams. Brooke, who is a senior this fall at Lone Star High School, runs her very own cattle business which she started at the young age of 12 when her grandparents bought her her first cow. Brooke, being...
And That's a Wrap
This was an amazing year for our Team. We had an abundance of magnificent, talented, and wonderful seniors come into our studio and our hearts. We can’t thank our 2016 senior model reps enough for sharing their senior year with our studio, and for going on the many, many sessions with us!
Between the laughs, the bug bites, and the weird weather, we can’t be happier with the way our 2016 seniors looked at their sessions. We traveled all over DFW with them, from the north side of Denton to the southern area of Dallas, it was...
Blue Eyed, Blonde, and BOOT-iful
Anneliese and Olivia have been friends for as long as they can remember. With their gorgeous blue eyes that match their beautiful personalities, it’s no wonder that they gravitate to one another so easily. We adored their matching outfits that matched their eyes, and we were very excited to get started on their best friend session!
Arbor Hills Nature Preserve, with its gorgeous wildflowers and rolling hills, was the perfect place for us to photograph...
Taco Tuesday Never Looked So Good
For three athletic young women, Taylor, Mackenzye, and Haley blew us away with their modeling skills during their best friend session a few weeks back!
Having met while playing softball together, these three were thick as thieves by the time they entered high school and their bond just keeps growing stronger as the years passed by. They now find themselves entering their senior year, and when we asked Taylor to bring a friend with her to her free best friend session as part of our model program, she told us that there was no way she could pick between Mackenzye and Haley. So...
Chew Making Me CRAZY
It’s not every day that one of our seniors will ask if they can wear a Chewbacca onesie to their North Dallas Senior Photo session, but when asked it was without any hesitation that our team screamed yes!
When we first heard from Mikenzie, we expected her to be a very serious young lady that wanted no funny business. She told us that she’s not only double majoring, but she’s TRIPLE majoring at the University of Arizona next year, and she hopes to be working in the Criminal Justice field in the future. But when she whipped out the onsie, we knew that this smarty had a pretty big funny bone. Apparently at her yearbook pictures for Independence High School where Mikenzie is a senior this year, she wore a Jurassic Park T-shirt. So she...
Best Friends, Models, Seniors In High School
As part of the Senior Model Rep program, our models receive a free best friend session. It was not a big surprise to us when Madison and Jadzia told us that they are each other’s best friends and they could not wait to have their session with us!
We met the gorgeous ladies at Arbor Hills Nature Preserve on a cloudy and humid afternoon. Our team was worried about the weather as it had been rainy and gross for the week before and we were unsure if we were about to lose some shoes in the mud or not. But as we walked the winding trails of the nature preserve,...
JFK Makes An Appearance During Senior Photo Session
Walking around quaint Downtown McKinney is always a pleasure, but Prosper High School senior, Regan Pettis, made it even more so during her North Dallas senior photo shoot!
We first me the spunky blonde and her mom, Nikki, in Downtown McKinney on a warm Saturday afternoon. Luckily for us, the impending rain disappeared and left us with a gorgeous clear Texas sky, and we immediately got to work!
It wasn’t long for us to realize that Regan isn’t just any other senior. This girl...
Headbangers, Street Art, and Senior Pictures
If you’ve never seen a man in Chubbies, Sperrys, and a polo hat head-banging to a metal rock band in Deep Ellum, then you haven’t lived. Or, at least, you haven’t laughed as hard in amazement as we have. When we first met Tristan, his mom Heather, and his uncle Dan, we were behind the slightly sketchy 7 Eleven down on Elm St. in Deep Ellum. Deep Ellum is an amazing place to have your North Texas senior pictures done because of all of the cool textures and neat atmosphere. But be warned – there are a few crazy characters that hang around the many music venues and restaurants down there so you’re more than likely going to have one or two fun and a little strange conversations. Especially if you’re like us and take lights with you wherever you go!
We started off down one of the side streets and while we were getting Tristan warmed up for the shoot, he looked over and noted that there was a ‘frat guy’ moshing (a dance phenomenon that’s more like fighting...
Seniors Cause Triple Take
Not one, not two, but THREE stunning young ladies! The Darabadey Triplets had us oo-ing and ahh-ing during their senior photo shoot at the Arbor Hills Nature Preserve – and we just had to tell everyone about it!
It’s all thanks to Elite Senior Model Rep Gabi Norsworthy who nominated the three lovely triplets as our Dream Seniors for 2016. The Dream Senior is a way for our studio to give back to the Frisco community, and our model team nominates a friend or two who deserves some awesome senior pictures! This year, we chose the triplets, although the competition
Quarterback Gets Lost in the Deep Texas Woods
After passing the same tree for the third time, we could definitely agree that we were lost. But it was the good kind of lost. It was the kind of lost where you have an amazing North Dallas senior, a camera, and a crew that was down for jumping into creeks or hiding in the bushes to get just the right kind of light.
When 6’4” Little Elm High School senior, Austin Carter, walked up to us at Arbor Hills Nature Preserve we can definitely say we were a little...
Magic Found At A Bookstore In Denton
It was the craziest thing! Maddie opened one of the books in the Russian Literature section of the book store, and then after a flash of light – she just started to levitate! Obviously, we had to snap a photo of the occurrence!
Just kidding – we’ve been re-reading Harry Potter, so we couldn’t resist setting up a composite image of 2017 Senior Model Rep Maddie Stowers during our recent group session at Recycled Books in Denton, Texas. We had chosen the awesome bookstore for its vintage...
Light as a Feather, Fluffier Than a Pillow
They were absolutely everywhere. Our team and models stared in amazement at the mess we had just made, and then we just burst into laughter!
North Dallas 2017 Senior Model Reps Alana, Melissa, and Kailyn met us at the studio in Frisco, Texas for a fun-filled and slightly nostalgic slumber party group session. Equipped with popcorn, pizza, and sodas the seniors shared funny stories about their old slumber parties and talked about how excited they were for the upcoming year.
That’s when our team brought out the big guns: three over-stuffed feather pillows, and permission to make the biggest mess they could! It wasn’t too long before the room was covered in feathers, and although there was some sneezing, it was between laughter and joking. Our...
Caffeine Is The Name Of The Game
As a nation that is constantly moving towards progress and goals, coffee is a strong factor in our day to day lives. Or at least it is for our team and senior model reps Taylor, Maddie, and Annie!
The lovely ladies met us for their group session in Downtown McKinney at an adorable coffee shop called fILTER(ed) to kick off their North Dallas Senior pictures. The amazing staff there granted us the ability to photograph in their little shop and with all of the neat things they have in there.
Laughing over coffee, our models posed for us and let us capture their budding friendships and jokes! One of the managers...
Unexpected Weather Changes Everything During Senior Shoot
Our team was in utter disbelief. It was January, right? Apparently, Dallas was tired of being held in the clutches of winter and broke out into a balmy 70 degree weather, just in time for Senior Model Rep, Lexi Maashio’s senior portrait session!
An amazing volleyball player, Lexi has the skills to help motivate people to push themselves, which is why she is working on her Personal Training certification! Her plan is to work her way through college as a trainer so that when...
How To Rock a Leather Skirt This Winter Season
Our team stood in a shocked silence. It was happening again, and there was nothing they could do about it. Macy was on the verge of tears while Tyler let out a nervous chuckle. All they could think about was the catastrophe that happened during Makenna Kinnamon’s first DFW senior shoot when they headed to Denton, Texas only to find a rock festival taking place, and it seemed that it was happening all over again to another senior model rep, Taylor Hernandez...
Seniors Caught Throwing Party in Photographer's Studio
Should Old Acquaintance be forgot, and never thought upon;
The opening lines of Auld Lang Syne seem a little morbid, but when you think about it, it’s actually quite beautiful. It means letting go of your past and celebrating the new times ahead. You can let go of your worries, and have a chance at making the change for the better. Did you know that January 1st was chosen for the first day of the New Year because it is light precisely the same amount of time it is dark. Our seniors chose to celebrate this occasion with us in our studio in Frisco, Texas with pizza from Pizza Hut, cupcakes, and a lot of sparkle...
Audrey Hepburn Doppelganger Discovered During Senior Portrait Session
Mist was floating through the air and landing on the colorful leaves and flowers of the Dallas Arboretum as we photographed the gorgeous Claire Rosenbluth. Although it was a very gray day, Claire was stunning against the vibrant colors of the gardens, and really stood out among the trees in a soft white sweater.
A senior at Heritage High School, Claire was unfazed at the news of the dreary forecast for her DFW senior portraits. With a big smile and bright eyes, Claire led us through the maze of gardens and we were lucky to be able to keep up with the future business woman! Having an eye for style, Claire wowed us in a fur vest and a chic all black outfit with cheetah print heels. This offered a stark contrast against her natural surroundings and led to some truly unique and beautiful portraits....
Spotted! Boho Beauty in Natural Habitat
Being a model can be difficult, but nature has a way of making it even more difficult to look as good as Shannon Milburn does in front of the camera!
It was a very windy day when Shannon met us at Mt. Zion Cemetery to begin her DFW senior portrait shoot with us, but this boho beauty was not deterred, especially since the sun was out and shining brightly. Shannon is a senior at Lucas Christian Academy, where she met one of her close friends and fellow Senior Model Rep, Lexi Maashio who you may recognize from a Senior Model Rep session at Luscombe Farms....
